Kangatraining for mums and bubs

No need for a babysitter!

Kangatraining is a postnatal dance based aerobic workout designed for building cardiovascular fitness and restrengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles after having a baby. Mums exercise with babies enjoying being close to them in a suitable baby carrier. 

Who: Women in the community, and their babies. 

Cost: No cost. A cash donation at the door is appreciated. 

Kangatraining runs every Saturday morning, 9-10am, from 27 Jan - 17 March.
