Telling Stories with Sound: a sound workshop for kids

  • LOST IN BOOKS Shop 2 / 40 Harris St Fairfield (map)

Come to one workshop, or the entire series, and see your work in the Child's Play exhibition opening 14 April at Fairfield City Museum & Gallery!

Build your own vivid, imaginary world of sound! In this special series of workshops, kids will learn how to design and build their own musical instruments, learn about sound design and experiment with synthesizers and loop pedals.

Together with creative technologist and musician Annie McKinnon, we’ll imagine what different sounds might look like, and what inanimate objects would say if they could talk!

"Telling Stories With Sound" is a series of workshops in collaboration with Fairfield City Museum and Gallery. Artworks created during the workshops will be part of their "Child's Play" exhibition opening on April 14.
