No need for a babysitter!
Kangatraining is a postnatal dance based aerobic workout designed for building cardiovascular fitness and restrengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles after having a baby. Mums exercise with babies enjoying being close to them in a suitable baby carrier.
Who: Women in the community, and their babies.
Cost: No cost. A cash donation at the door is appreciated.
Registrations are essential. Kangatraining is run by trainer Emma Jenkins.
