Join LOST IN BOOKS, Sydney’s multilingual kids’ bookshop, for our creative program that explores the art of storytelling in many languages - the art of speaking with forked tongues!

The Flash Book workshop brings together an artist skilled at improvisation and devising of story; an illustrator; and the imagination of children to create an original picture book. The results of the work will be an improvised book with the children's own words and pictures inside, which can be collected soon after the workshop to put on your shelf!

Sabrina D'Angelo will facilitate the workshop. Sabrina is an artist and theatre-maker who has worked extensively with children as a creative play facilitator at the Sydney Opera House, with children's theatre company Polyglot Theatre and as a Clown Doctor in children's hospitals across Sydney.

For 15 children aged 5-12 years.

Cost: $10 per child.
