Huy Nguyen

Meet Huy, artist educator at LOST IN BOOKS.

Huy Nguyen is a Western Sydney-based visual designer. With a background in architecture, experience in publication and marketing, Huy knows a thing or two about creating striking imagery that demands attention and delivers the message.

Huy has experience working across a wide array of clients and projects, from web to print, commercial to community arts and a skillset ranging from digital and print design to filmmaking and photography. Recently completed his Master’s Degree in graphic design and awarded with Excellence, Huy sets out to pursue a career in multidisciplinary design and art direction.

Huy Nguyen has been nominated for 2 AGDA awards: best cover and best publication for his work at Ligature Journal. In a team of 7 recent design graduates, Huy worked on Issue 9 of the publication. Issue 9 explores the role of design in solving complex problems such as homelessness, ageing and celebrates the tremendous achievements of female and Indigenous creatives in the design industry.
